I've never seen anything like this…

[He grunts as begins pressing random buttons, almost furiously. This, of course, accomplishes absolutely nothing.]

Blasted thing…I demand to speak to whoever is in charge, here! I assure you, kidnapping is of a high offense, and I will not tolerate--

[He grunts again and takes a few calming breaths. A muffled THUMP signals his leaning against a building.]

…and if they would like me to return their horse, I would be more than happy to in exchange for my release. I hope they realize it's permanently on fire, however, and I had no involvement in such. I don't care if I'm told it's mine, I would rather it not follow me.

How on Earth would you know that? I would think going on a mere assumption isn't exactly the best way to approach such a horse!

Well... The Pokedex said so and it's pretty correct on everything it said about Pokemon so far. I think the worst it can do to you is step on your foot.

They have inns and beds at Cherrygrove Town, Mister! That should be the next town after you cross Route 29! It took me about three or four days to get there on foot, but maybe you can ride on the horse to get there faster!

If you ride on the horse, you won't have to do anything! Besides, I'm sure you can ride around the Pokemon that might attack you. And since it's a Ponyta, maybe it'll be easier to make a campfire too!

I...suppose you're right about that. And if other...creatures attack me, what am I supposed to do?

You can try telling your Pokemon to go faster... or run them over!

So blunt... That will have to work until I figure something less...gruesome.

I think a Ponyta naturally learns stomp. [Let's hope your Pokemon won't get into the habit of stomping things.]
